Concerning the erection problem, this can be due to many factors including stress and blood Pressure medication side effects. Please consult with your physician to check the origin of the problem and either prescribe to you medications or adjust your current treatment therapy.Do not start pills to help with that problem on your own as they might conflict with the current medications you are taking.
Concerning pain upon defecation: Do you see blood also? This can be caused by a multitude of things including anal fissures, hemorrhoids but also more serious and urgent matters. Please check with your physician FAST so that you determine the cause of this pain. Since you are > 50 years old, the guidelines also recommend you undergo a colonoscopy.
