I am 55 female, faught e-coli with Urovaxom, No cyst & alkaline diet, now Klebsiella is back, 100,000 ml but without any infection symptoms, blood tests are perfect, should I worry about my kidneys?
as long as you don't have any sign of infection including fever or chills, or urinary symptoms then no you don't need to treat the bacteruria (bacteria in the urine not causing an infection) the best way is to keep yourself well hydrated, drink lots of fluids and urinating frequently ie dont hold your bladder for long hours.
you should have the culture sensitivity so your physician would know what antibiotic he should prescribe you in case later on you had an infection.
