How much fat and calories should a fit girl consume per day ?

Estimated energy requirements based on moderate activity:
for a 50 kg , 18 year old girl is around 2018 kcal/day
for a 60 kg, 18 year old girl is around 2260 kcal/ day.

Minimum total fat intakes :
• 15% of the total Energy , essential fatty acids, and fat soluble vitamins for most individuals.
Maximum total fat intakes
• 30–35%E of the total Energy .

depending on your age height and weight the caloric consumption is calculated
being fit ,18 years old ,if you exercise moderately ,then you must consume around 2000-2400 calories /day to stay at your fit weight
if you want to lose fat you have to consume 1600 calories /day ,want to lose extreme fat then 1250 calories /day
being 18 years old about you need 40-65 grams of fat. Consuming more than 65 grams of fat a day is unhealthy, an adult should have 65 grams or a little less simple. Just don't eat too much and eat fats sparingly. If you are trying to lose weight, 30 grams of fat are needed
