Dr. Rania Mousa General Medicine
As i mentioned before you may have
- fibro+other new condition like arthritis (making these poppings )
or
- other diagnose that present like fibromyalgia with joint pains )like lupus and rheumatoid
this can be figured by several tests and physical exams and images
you can't know by yourself only ,however there are several symptoms to approach with the diagnose :

SLE is a is a chronic autoimmune disease that can affect almost any organ system;that follows a relapsing and remitting course. Mostly occur in women, frequently starting at childbearing age.
Patients may present with ANY of these symptoms :
-fatigue, fever, arthralgia, weight changes
-Musculoskeletal (pain in joints and muscles )
-skin malar rash ,photosensetivity
-kidney problems
-nerve problems
-pulmonary and gastrointestinal problems
-anemia ,low blood platelets, low white blood cells
-family history of autoimmune disease

AS you see much symptoms all over the body ,diagnosis of SLE is based on a combination of clinical findings and laboratory evidence.,the doctor will do several tests besides your symptoms ,meaning that symptoms alone are not a diagnose and lab test and images alone not ,both findings will give a diagnose by a doctor .
i advice you to check with your doctor with the new symptoms and undergo new lab tests for investigations ,remember the doctor will diagnose and treat you better than oneself .
