Dear Hala, u don't have to be so worried about your ESR lab result, considering the normal values in women 50 years old and over, it should be 30 mm/hr so if it is minimally elevated than the normal value it is not something to get so worried about, but it will be a great idea that you keep on regular check up and doing regular blood tests as required by your physician
