I feel pain in the the lumbar vertebrea at the bottom of my back whenever I change my position, ex. if I am sleeping & I want to sit, or vice versa, etc. What may cause it?
It may be due to a lumbar spasm as a first possibility. You didn't mention the circumstances. An x-ray is needed as well as a consultation if a medical treatment with myorelaxant was not efficient.
