First you should avoid direct contact of your hands with detergents and soaps by wearing protective gloves that preferably don't contain powder nor latex. Second stop using regular soaps to wash the hands and replace them by medical non irritating soaps for eczema that you find in pharmacy. Third apply a mositurizer cream for hands right after washing your hands or after working in kitchen or cleaning or washing clothes... In case your eczema despite all this then you should consult a dermatologist in order to assess the type of treatment cream to be prescribed based on severity of your eczema
