Hi doctors, 20 yrs old mali got what's called the pectus excavatum and im looking forward to.have the nuss prcedure. Any list of specialized doctors would be grateful + suggestions.
Pectus excavatum is anatomical setting of your thorax that in most cases doesn.t have any functional repercussion namely on your respiratory system.
If the outcome is the aesthetic aspect of your thorax then nuss procedure is an option but a heavy one. There are evidence based procedures that can give you the same aesthetic outcome while being minimal invasive.
