First, if you're concerned about brain cancer, for whatever reason, it is better to visit a doctor and get checked (don't just rely on online Q/A).
Brain cancer can have different symptoms depending on the type of tumor and its location. To name a few symptoms: headache (especially at night and early morning, worsening with time), seizures, problems with walking or other neurological deficit, etc.
