Hey. I have migraine and I take isoptin 80mg twice daily.. but the problem now is that I noticed "gingival hyperplasia" .. and gum bleeding. Is it related to the medication? What should I do ?

Gingival hyperplasia is a potential side effect of calcium channel blockers . However most cases are related to Nifedipine and not Verapamil ( Isoptin). You should check with the doctor who is treating you for migraines to prescribe an alternative regimen . If the gingival hyperplasia is related to Isoptin, it should gradually resolve after stopping the medicine , otherwise you should consult with a dentist for treatment.
