In a nursing mother, paracetamol is a good and safe choice for combating symptoms of mild flu. But please make sure you measure your temperature prior to administrating paracetamol to make sure you do not have fever, because in case you do develop fever, you should consult your doctor and may have to withhold breastfeeding until you recover.
