It could be related to hormonal changes during your menstrual cycle, usually what you are describing occurs before your menses.

Have you put on a lot of weight lately?

Have you been using the adequate bra when exercising?

All these are possibilities as well, but most important is to self-palpate your breast to check for any abnormal lump (or mass)
