Dr. Bassem Skaff Obstetrics & Gynecology
Hello, during stress we might develop sinus tachycardia means rapid heart beats this doesńt explain an arrythmia
A normal resting HR for adults ranges from 60 to 100 a minute. Generally, a lower HR at rest implies more efficient heart function and better cardiovascular fitness. For example, a well-trained athlete might have a normal resting HR closer to 40 a minute.
