You need to do testicular biopsy to see if you have spermatogenesis (fabrication of spermatozoides) in the testis, if spermatogenesis is normal it"s a excretory azoospermia (in this case FSH is normal) and the problem is the excretion of sperm between the testis and the urethra(obstruction of the ejaculatory duct); if in the biopsy there is no maturation of spermatozoiides or absence of spermatogenesis the problem is more complex, there is very few publications that the cure of varicocele ameliorated the spermatogenesis.
