Joint pain can be a manifestation of a wide range of disorders, some of which are due to a disease process in the joint itself, like arthritides (diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis etc.), other which result from inflammation that has come from a disease process which primarily affects another organ (like inflammatory bowel disease IBD). As such, a full and thorough evaluation with detailed history and physical examination are needed to make the proper diagnosis and provide the management plan, and this obviously cannot be done here, you need to visit the doctor's office.
