If you go back to my answer you'll notice that prior to the part where it says (because the chemicals in these drugs also influence sleep patterns) there's the word "insomina" which means poor sleep or lack of ability to sleep. So these drugs actually disturb sleep and may thereof result in daytime sleepiness (due to inability to sleep at night).
