I did the gynecomastia surgery but after that I noticed that my nipple went under my skin and the weight of the gland is 400 g on each side. Will I see the desired results after 2 months?
It is always a bit early to evaluate the outcome of surgery in the initial stages as there is edema and swelling that still distort the tissues. After 2 mtgs things should have settled and your breast should be flat and not shallow (gherkin). If you experience any of this after the swelling disappeared, it could be due to an excessive removal of breast tissue behind the nipple. You should seek the advice of your doctor who performed the surgery, a board certified plastic surgeon.
