Dr.karam..i was diagnosed 3 years ago with anxiety,depersonalisation and derealisation, i m on paxil cr 25 mg ,my question is what kind of therapy can help far of med treating this condition
I think you need some sort of psychotherapy in addition to medication, because your anxiety has become chronic and doctor the needs to know the nature of stressors, fears and conflicts maintaining your anxiety in order to be able to help you.
