For sure oligospermia may be associated with low testosterone level especially if there s a problem in spermatozoa production.. After surgery for varicocele u may repeat your sperm analysis to check for the count, motility, normal forms nd viability and other parameter... If u have always severe oligospermia like this it s better to go for ICSI which gives u more chances for success
