Do you think working out and doing a lot of cardio. will decrease underarm sweating during the day? because its working for me ! PS: im sweating alot during workout but im drinking a lot of water too

Sweating is closely related to hydration; it is a healthy thing to sweat, especially during workout and that is why you will need to drink a lot of water starting 2-3 hours before the workout.
You must also drink water after your workout and the fact that you have decreased sweating during the rest of the day may indicate a degree of dehydration.
