Dear Dr. Al Dhaybi, I have noticed that I have dried spots at the end of my eyes that burns while I use my make up removal cream and as if the spot is developing another layer of skin.
Try to use a gentle cleanser for the face for make-up removal (check your pharmacist and pick one with this notice on the box for sensitive and reactive skin). You probably have an eczema which can be related to reaction to make-up or can sometimes happen without being related. If the cleanser alone is not not enough use a hydrating cream for eyes. If this stays then you need to consult a dermatologist since medical creams will be needed.
