Can the risk of conjoined twins be detected during an ultrasound before a woman gives birth? Is the separation a 100% successful?

Ultrasound will only detect up to 70% of abnormalities, & this is with the best ultrasonographers,
Detection is better seen between 14 & 24 weeks, as when the babies gain weight it is difficult to observe the attachment such as at 39w for ex.
Separation depends on the underlying organs & structures, if it is only skin or fat it will have good prognosis...
