Can Brufen affect a blood test result , specially that i am having some allergy test ... please advice :)

Usually, Brufen doesn't affect a blood test result except in rare cases where it gives thrombocytopenia. It doesn't interfere with the allergy test.

don't take brufen for 3 days prior to your allergy test,you can take instead for pain paracetamol like panadol or tylanol
1-DO NOT TAKE Claritin or Claritin-D for 7 days prior to your test.
2-Do not TAKE for THREE days prior to your allergy test these medications:
-Antihistamines or anything containing one (see attached list)
-Muscle relaxers or tranquilizers
-Antidepressants (check with the physician who prescribed the medication prior to stopping the medication)
-Sedatives
-Nasal sprays
-Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin,brufen,etc.) and Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs Aspirin, Excedrin, or Alka-Seltzer
-Large doses of vitamin C
3-You may take the following medications up to the time of your test:
-Asthma medications (try to AVOID FOR 6 HRS before the test)
-Tylenol (regular or extra-strength only)
-Birth control pills
-Blood pressure medications (except If you take Beta Blockers you can'T have allergy testing or injections.inform the dr before your test or any allergy injections. Also, please notify if you have any cardiac problems, take cardiac medications, or have a pacemaker.
-Hormones
-Fluid pills
-Plain decongestants (those with no antihistamines)
