Can a pregnant women walk everyday for 15 min with a meduim speed?

Any moderate strength exercise is allowed, even encouraged, during pregnancy. Walking is an excellent exercise and as long as the pregnancy course is stable (no premature contractions, no bleeding/spotting, no indication for complete bed rest) then there's no problem with it.
