But will it cause muscle loss?Im afraid I lose more weight from arms, legs then I would look really wrong, I have a diet and gym plan already.im worried about it not bein centered on my belly(abslim)
well you can't target your weight loss to a specific muscle to lose the fat there, yes AB slim and other diet pills are made with a number of ingredients that elevate the heart rate, reduce the appetite and deplete the body of excess water,so you will lose fat more if you take it for other month and it wouldn't target your belly .
usually to lose fat in certain place of the body you need to lose fat in all your body and it depends on the body tendency where it looses more fat quicker every one is different some is difficult to lose thigh fats or buttock fats some like you are difficult for their tummy to lose fat i have an advice to you
if you wish ti lose belly fat and don't lose weight you must increase the physical bodybuilding exercises ,that will lose your fat and substitute by muscles ,you will strengthen your legs and arms muscles to build up and lose at the same time fat from belly and tone it due to exercise, but remember to increase protein intake for a proper mass growth it would take time but it will work at the end .remember to increase fibers in your diet ,drink plenty of water and fluids and stay hydrated and NOT to miss the breakfast meal.
then switch on high protein diet, cardio exercises, mass growth exercises , and exercises for the lower muscle abdomen .
