The smell does not come out of my mouth, urine or sweat and the gastro specialist told me that it may be "fuite de gaz" but I'm not farting. Sometimes the odor stays 2 weeks then it disappears 2 weeks
I advise you to make a diary of everything you do, including activities, food you eat, medications you take, places you go to etc. in an attempt to try to tie any of your activities with the appearance of the smell. Once you have written all this information and remarks for around 7 days, consult a dermatologist, as the smell seems like resulting from accumulation of some compound in your skin layers, probably through perspiration.
