Best way to relieve low back pain is to work simultaneously the core muscles ( abdominals and back muscles ) plus stretching..... what are the core muscle exercises ? I didnt understand , please help
core muscles exercices include all exercices targeting the abdominal wall muscles ( crunches , sit ups , love handle crunches , and lower abdomen exercices ( leg scissoring ( lying on the beg and alternating motion of extended legs ) .
exercices to target the back muscles include , cat and camel poses ( on hands and knees and alternating curving the spine up and down ), alternating plank poses : ( on hands and knees raising the right arm and the extended left leg and vice versa ) .
