If all your tests are normal beside the tests i have mentioned in the previous question ,then you might have an eating disorder or a psychological cause of your weight loss .

In both conditions the treatment will stick on treating the symptoms to prevent complications of being underweight such as heart problems ,ostoeporosis ,...and other serious complications .

you can check with a nutritionist and a psychologist

you may benefit from a healthy increasing weight plan diet and some special building muscle exercise beside psycological treatment including relieve of stress anxiety and relaxing sessions ,beside anti depressents and other medications decided by the doctor .

Anorexia an eating disorder that causes people to obsess about their weight and the food they eat. People with anorexia nervosa attempt to maintain a weight that's far below normal for their age and height.
To prevent weight gain or to continue losing weight, people with anorexia nervosa may starve themselves or exercise excessively.

>>Anorexia nervosa isn't really about food. It's an unhealthy way to try to cope with emotional problems. When you have anorexia nervosa, you often equate thinness with self-worth.

Anorexia nervosa can be difficult to overcome. But with treatment, you can gain a better sense of who you are, return to healthier eating habits and reverse some of anorexia's serious complications.

The exact cause of anorexia nervosa is unknown. As with many diseases, it's probably a combination of biological(genes ), psychological and environmental factors.

The first goal of treatment is getting back to a healthy weight. You can't recover from an eating disorder without restoring an appropriate weight and learning proper nutrition. A psychologist can work with you to develop behavioral strategies to help you return to a healthy weight. A dietitian can offer guidance on a healthy diet, including providing specific meal plans and calorie requirements that will help you meet your weight goals. Your family will also likely be involved in helping you maintain healthy-eating habits
There are no medications specifically designed to treat anorexia because they haven't been found to work very well. However, antidepressants or other psychiatric medications can help treat other mental disorders you may also have, such as depression or anxiety.

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
You did not mention your eating habits. Can you describe to me what you typically eat and drink over a 24 hour period? Because if you are getting enough calories yet not putting on weight we should be looking for different causes of the underweight problem than if it's simply due to poor caloric intake.
Also, have you always struggled with weight pproblems or is tthis a recent problem? What was your weight like over the past ten year? And what's your hheigh?
The information I can get from the answers you will provide is vital to get to the bottom of your case.
