Angiography clear(no blockage), heart attack symptoms, ECG performed 5 weeks later shows J point lead V5, inverted T wave lead V6,I,AVL. Opinion?
Jan 25, 2016

Dr. Karim Farah Pulmonology
i hope the angiography was done after you had your symptoms.
T inversion in the lateral leads ( V6, I & aVL) might probably means hypertrophy of the heart. so an echocardiogram should be done. it might be due to hypertension (high blood pressure).

you are too young to have any cardiac problem unless you have lost of high risk medical problem such as diabetes, hypertension, smoking....or a direct family member who had a heart attack at young age before 50. direct family member includes parents, brothers or sisters.
