If the last sexual relationship was three years ago, then enough time has elapsed for any immune reaction to develop (antibodies) in case she has contracted any STD that you, the male partner, have transmitted to her. Some of these infections might go silent and the best way to assess is to do blood tests in a professional laboratory or to consult your physician.
