Actually as i noticed the red color location is gradient from half of my fingers to the tip of the nail and sometime only below the nail and surrounding it Physician or general medicine will help?
This sounds like a rheumatologic disorder. You will need to consult a physician with a degree in internal medicine. You may require referral to a rheumatologist later on, depending on the case.
