There are plenty of drugs that can help BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) symptoms. All of those does not negatively affect blood pressure.
But it would be better before starting the treatment to be examined and have some tests.
And most importantly, it is very important to know the type of symptoms the patient has to be able to aim those symptoms by the correct drug.
