2 yo boy has dental calculus all over his teeth although we brush his teeth on daily basis, what can we do to remove them? R they harmful? Plz advice.

Dental plaque is mostly bacteria that are harmful to the teeth and gums. When not removed properly, some of the accumulated plaque turns into calculus, that is also toxic to the gums. Treatment is mandatory in these cases.
Pigmentation due to chromogenic bacteria is not harmful, but it causes an esthetic problem, and therefore should preferably be treated too.
In all cases, consulting a dentist, preferably a pediatric dentist, is recommended (1) to determine the true nature of this coating, (2) to remove it eventually, (3) and most importantly to verify (and probably correct) the method used to take care of the child's teeth, to prevent the recurrence of the problem.

Go to the dentist and he will remove it by a simple descaling(detartrage) and ask him to learn you how to brush correctly. It is not harmful if you visit your dentist twice a year.
