2 days ago i did an ultrasound my Dr. said that my period is about to come bcz the image indicated so how can we tell id its blood or not can it even change and yet be pregnant.
the thickness of the endometrium is a good indicator.
If your menstruation is late you can still do a pregnancy test to be sure
