The delayed teething may or may not be a source of worry, since if there is family history of delayed dental eruption, and the baby is otherwise growing and developing normally, then it's OK. The excessive gas needs a detailed evaluation to rule out possible food allergy or lactose intolerance (rare as it may be in this age group but it still is a possibility).
