1 year ago i hit the top of my head by accident doctor told me not 2 worry since i didnt vomit or dizzy. i felt strong pain for few days butever since i have a migraine in that area?should i have MRI?
A hit to the head may cause sometimes a subdural hematoma which is accumulation of blood clot above the brain and below the skull bone. this may cause headache. Imaging ( MRI or CT scan) is the way to diagnose it. Anyway, if your headache is relatively new in onset and quite bad, better do imaging.
