I'm not married and my average cycle is 45 days. My period is due in 23 days but I already have tender and bigger breasts. Why is that?
Dr. Nemer Charafeddine, Obstetrics & Gynecology - 45 days is too long. Hormonal changes can induce changes, mainly progesterone. I do recommend a gynecologist consult for check up, ultrasound & a hormonal workup.

I just finished my period (which is irregular) and I still have swollen soft breasts (no pain). I've never experienced that before. Should I be worried?
