eating and feeling hunger is a viscous circle. I mean if u eat till fullness then your stomach will expand from its known size. when it is empty you will feel hunger. you eat your normal meal but you still have hunger cause your stomach increased in size. so you add more food till fullness and you increase your meal and the cycle begins again. always think about your stomach as an expandable bag. it increases and decreases in size depending on the volume of food entering it. and hunger as a measure of this bag fullness. you should also exclude all hormonal pathologies that affects eating.
