There is not one best medication that reduces vomiting - the choice of the medication depends on the clinical case of the patient. And we cannot prescribe medications online, not solely to avoid marketing for one brand name over another, but more importantly because of the possible adverse of certain medications. For instance, a commonly used (and mind you, effective) drug for nausea and vomiting is metoclopramide. Despite being effective and generally well tolerated, metoclopramide is notorious for causing a dangerous life-threatening side effect in some people, which looks like a convulsion (medical term is extrapyramidal syndrome).
