When I went back to work & started pumping my breastmilk supply decreased a lot. I now pump 150 ml, then breastfeed my 3 month old baby at night & compensate with formula. Should I stop breastfeeding?

No you should continue to breast feed as long as you have supply of breast milk, even if it is currently not as abundant as it used to be. Also, try to pump more milk if possible, and drink plenty of fluid (and milk) to help maintain a good supply of breast milk.
