Ideally, we should all have a blood pressure below 120 over 80 (120/80). This is the ideal blood pressure for people wishing to have good health. At this level, we have a much lower risk of heart disease or stroke.
if the blood pressure is more than this and it is from 120/80-140/90 then a person still not hypertensive but he has a risk of hypertension and health risks double more than the optimal blood pressure .
The reason why people with blood pressure readings in this range should lower it, even though this is not classified as 'high' blood pressure, is that the higher your blood pressure, the higher your risk of health problems. For example, someone with a blood pressure level of 135 over 85 (135/85) is twice as likely to have a heart attack or stroke as someone with a reading of 115 over 75 (115/75).
if the pressure above 140-95 in several consequences and for three several readings then the person is considered hypertensive (having high blood pressure)
CONCERNING BLOOD SUGAR :
The blood sugar concentration or blood glucose level is the amount of glucose (sugar) present in the blood
Glucose levels are usually lowest in the morning, before the first meal of the day (termed "the fasting level"), and rise after meals for an hour or two by a few millimolar. Blood sugar levels outside the normal range may be an indicator of a medical condition. A persistently high level is referred to as hyperglycemia; low levels are referred to as hypoglycemia.
Diabetes mellitus is characterized by persistent hyperglycemia from any of several causes, and is the most prominent disease related to failure of blood sugar regulation. Intake of alcohol causes an initial surge in blood sugar, and later tends to cause levels to fall. Also, certain drugs can increase or decrease glucose levels.
For the majority of healthy individuals, normal blood sugar levels are as follows:The normal blood glucose level (tested while fasting) for non-diabetics, should be between 70 and 100 milligrams per deciliter
Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories. Many factors affect a person's blood sugar level
Normal blood glucose level in humans is about 72 mg/dL
When operating normally the body restores blood sugar levels to a range of (82 to 110 mg/dL)as measured by a fasting blood glucose test
Shortly after a meal the blood glucose level may rise temporarily up to 140 mg/dL
however, this level fluctuates throughout the day. Blood sugar levels for those without diabetes and who are not fasting should be below 125 mg/dL.
The blood glucose target range for diabetics, should be 90–130 (mg/dL) before meals, and less than 180 mg/dL after meals (as measured by a blood glucose monitor)

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
