All days of a menstrual cycle are the same so basically you should not change your eating habits. Unless there are some foods that bother you then this should be individualized. Some ladies can't tolerate seeds ( e.g. lentils, beans, etc) because they increase the bloating that they have. There is no general food rule to follow during menses.
