Kawazaki disease usually we see it a lot in pediatric populations it is characterized by fever , characteristic rash morbilliform rash, strawberry touge, cracking of lips and oral mucosa, cervical lymphadenopathy, conjunctivitis, erythema of palms and soles. We should echocardio to not miss any coronary artery aneurysm the most feared complications of kawazaki. Treatment is by high dise asprin and IV immunoglobulin
