A balanced diet is perfect with low fat butter, olives, egg yolks. These have high content of cholesterol. Avocado also a good option but it has actually the good cholesterol HDL. Nuts are high in cholesterol too. Fried things. And whatever you buy always check the fat content. Saturated fats are the worst usually. Watch your blood pressure too if you have risk factors with high lipid levels.
