What can I do to avoid the stress in sex?
Mar 19, 2013

Dr. Johnny Rechdan Obstetrics & Gynecology
Female sexual response can be complex and should be complete, meaning women should go through all phases of the cycle:
desire, excitation, plateau, and the orgasm.

Stress would interrupt the whole cycle and the only way to overcome this problem is by communicating with your partner about what pleases you and what bothers you. The same applies to your partner. Remember, sexuality is all in the mind.

Dr. Caroline Osman Obstetrics & Gynecology
Sexual education and knowing about the physiology of your body is very important and i always encourage talking with your doctor to explain about all the phases and about your body how to stimulate it (clitoris and G spot). That will reassure you and help you to understand how to be in comfort with your partner.
