To urologists: i have a solid mass behind left testicle (more to the top next to the shaft base) bean shaped, palpable, ~1cmx0.5cm - no pain, little pressure, no size change even when coughing

If the testicle is normal on palpation, it would be mostly a benign process.
Most probably, it might be the head of the epididymis (which is a normal structure behind the testis).
But to be 100% sure of the diagnosis (that can't be done without examination), you must consider seeing a urologist.
