There is one small painless bump on my penis foreskin. When I asked the dermatologist if it is a fordyce spot, he said it is. Why didn't it disappear since september? What else could it be?

Fordyce spots are generally harmless and do not require any
treatment, but can be a cause of cosmetic concern for some patients. It is
crucial that you avoid picking or squeezing the spots. If you are significantly
bothered by their appearance, you are encouraged to consult a dermatologist for
electrosurgery and vaporising laser
treatement (CO2 laser), which have been proven to be effective
in the removal of these spots. Other treatment options are available and you
can discuss these with the specialist.
