The skin aches like a bruise every intercourse and is located at the side of the opening.

SO ,still doesn't affect orgasm as a mechanism ,the g spot is inside the first third anterior wall of the vaginal canal ,not at the beginning of it .
but if there is a pain while having intercourse this can affect your pleasure by directing your attention on this issue and not relaxing and by directing your brain messages towards the feeling of pain rather than the feeling of pleasure of an orgasm .
if you have any site of pain especially during intercourse that will affect your pleasure .
does this happened recently ,if yes it could be injured during the previous intercourse especially if you have seen low outer spotting and that causes pain in the other time since it doesn't heal still .
if this is not the cause and you feel pain and discomfort everytime you had intercourse then you can check with your gynocologist for labiaplasty or removing this extra skin from that place .
Extended or over-large labia may not only be a source of great embarrassment to the patient but may actually cause physical discomfort as well
Unless the labia Minora is extremely long and is causing problems with your underwear or causing any pain, then there is no reason to have surgery
a labiaplasty can greatly improve confidence which may eventually lead to comfort and sexual fulfillment.
However ,it is advised to check with your gynecologist to be examined and to check if this is only an extended extra skin or any thing else such as folliculitis(it is like a boil ) or a wart and give the necessary treatment plan .
