The symptoms I've mentioned in my previous reply are subjective and cannot be relied upon to assess disease severity - proper physical assessment (physical examination and doppler ultrasound) is needed to make an objective evaluation. For this you need to consult a vascular surgery specialist. Treatment will vary according to the stage of the disease: from rest and stockings specifically for varicose veins, blood thinners (medication that makes blood thinner), to laser stripping etc.
