The doctor placed a circle around the vaccine. The dot is slightly red, but not the whole circle and a little swollen if I move my finger from outside the circle coming inside it.

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
I need to clarify one thing: this is not a vaccine, this is a test (PPD) to check if you have tuberculosis.
As for the test positivity, the most important aspect is the induration (how hard the area is) not the redness. As long as the indurated area measures less than 10 mm in diameter, it's OK (still considered a negative reaction). Keep an eye on it till 48 - 72 hours have lapsed and avoid contact with hot water.

concerning the TB test ,this will show a result after 24 hrs to 72 hours
mild swelling and redness and redness are normal
,but if the size of raised swelling grows larger and redness and it is rigid or hard then there may be a problem
till this point you have a normal reaction don't worry, just watch any change in these coming hours
